Someone Care Soup Kitchen

First of all I would like to thank the kindness of those that prepare the always great meals and all the other things they do.Yet there are those that don't appreciate a great thing from God.Also there are those that don't know the Costa Mesa Municipal Code:Section:4-3 Bikes are to have their Costa Mesa license displayed.Also according to the Calif Vehicle Codes:21200,21202(a),21208(a) and pertaining to the roadway:Calif Vehicle Code:21650.1. Well like some many with bikes not in accordance with lights and reflectors.We have those that rather ride toward traffic .Note:Not on the roadway with traffic in the bike lane;But on the padestrian side walk.Recently as I was walking noticed this male Hispanic adult attempt to hit this elderly old Hispanic adult that was leaving the Soup Kitchen.Come to find out the guy on the ilegal bike might go by the name Gilbert and works at Labor Ready.He not only caused the helpless old man to jump back to avoid getting hit,the driver of the bike was observed leaving with a smile.This was observed as I was with my girlfriend walking from the DMV. This is so sad.Jesus said,"Love you're neighbor as you're self." Yet even though some people get a free meal they want to show acts of pride and arrogancy.This is demonstrated by acts that violate the city ordinances and or Costa Mesa Municipal Codes that pertain to where to properly and safely ride a bike.What do we have if we have a society that does what ever they want? Disorder and chaos. What actually is demonstrated when we have those that show disregard for the city council ,Municipal Code: Pride and arrogancy .The hidden message is obvious pertaining to violators:"Look City Council ,you create you're stupid Municipal Codes and I can break them any time I want ,and I don't care what you think,besides this you're lazy police won't cite me ,because they know that I am exempt ". Is this the mind set for violators of the Costa Mesa Municipal Codes in regards to bikes and the rules of where to ride a bike safely. The staff and the soup kitchen are doing a great job.The entire visitors should have picture identification .This with the three strikes rule.First offense one week band from comming soup kitchen.Second violation two week band .Third strike one year baned.With this there is leverage.No favortisim.No hate speech,no unsanitary acts that could cause a pandemic or epidemic,no touching like Daniel the now and drunk does.He likes to get touchy feely.African American adult. Sober can be a real nice guy.Yet if asked properly might comply.God bless.
