Please do not step foot inside. I tried to return a pair of shoes unworn, with the tags still in place and was repeatedly accused of bringing in used shoes. This young male clerk was adamant they had been worn. I even told him how could they be with these tags still in place and jokingly told him that I must have a utensil at home that shoot the plastic string through the shoe to hold the tags in place. It was quite upsetting and I left and went up the street to the Payless Shoes next to Target near the 405. I was treated with respect and after a few phone calls to properly handle the transaction the young lady returned my money in full. Yes, she examined the shoes and never had a question or a problem, they were obviously never worn!
