Hodson Lighting

I placed an on-line order on 4/6. I received confirmation of my order via e-mail that day but after that I was never contacted. I called and had to leave a message, no return call was ever made. Two days later I called again on 4/17- 11 days after I placed my order. I was told the fixture I had purchased was sold 4 or 5 days ago to someone else, which was clearly days after my order. The man on the phone was rude, and keep telling me they were moving and he didn’t have time to talk to me. I understand they are moving, that maybe there was a mix-up and they sold the light, that is not my complaint. Although upsetting, I could deal with that. My complaint lies here- I was NEVER contacted by them to let me know, I had to keep calling them and hoped they finally answered. Then when I reached him, he was rude to ME as if I had done something wrong by giving them a sale? I am moving too, that is why I bought the light in the first place, but don't worry he didn’t get that far into our conversation.

I don't want anyone else to have this happen to them. Stay away!!!!!
