Lorilei is very skilled at grooming and training. I have two very large dogs that have been going to her since they were puppies. Sarge loves going there and there is never any anxiety so I know he is treated well. If any mistakes are made Lorilei will make it right. I trust her and her team implicitly. Highly recommend grooming and training at Furocity.

My little dog didn't act right for 2 days after getting her nails clipped! When I checked her nails, most of them weren't even cut and the one's that were had big chunks taken out of them! Two of them I had to take a file to because they were causing my dog pain! I could see others that had been bleeding and had powder caked in them! The hair cut they gave her looked like a 2 year old kid took a pair of scissors to her! The ladies that work there were not friendly. Never smiled or said thank you after charging me $40! I will NEVER take my dog there again! Would highly recommend everyone to go elsewhere!

My dog (an Olde English Bulldogge) looked and smelled fantastic. Hard to find a large dog groomer and they did a great job. Would highly recommend them.

The owner of this place must only know how to train dogs NOT groom them had a face to FACE conversation with her not to cut my yorkies pony tail and her reply was oh gosh who would cuts a yorkies ponytail off.. went back to pick my dog up and guess what her pony tail was gone ,,,,,(,aggravated.).I tried telling her we just discussed this matter and i still had to pay im very dissatisfied ,,

i will never take my dog here she seems to have a misunderstanding of what cutting a dogs hair is and butchering a dogs hair is. she ruined my dogs hair so just a warning for everyone
