CRT Flooring Concepts

My husband and I were given a price on tile and when our contractor went to buy it and pick it up the price was $12.00 higher than the quote we were originally told. CRT Flooring refused to give us a refund and own up to their original quote. Spoke to the sales rep several times and she offered us a 20% discount on any future purchase. We requested to speak to the manager and even wrote a long email to the manager explaining our whole experience and still have not heard back from the manager. I would not recommend this company as they give you false pricing and their management didn't have the courtesy to talk to us.
