We carry a tablet where we write the comment then shoot, edit and insert the picture(s) right into the comment in the report. No searching for any pictures or wondering what we are showing you in the pictures. We even shoot video in our reports, when the need arises. No more wondering if everything was written up or written properly. It's written at the point where the issue was encountered. Above that, our reports are complete and delivered from the property. This allows us to go beyond the "we can answer your questions" period. BDA Inspections plans time in every inspection to go over the report with the customer in person in the property. We can walk you directly to the issue and explain it. No more waiting 24-48 hours for your report. We know time is of the essence with short option windows so the report is in your email before we leave the property.
