        Very, very difficult to talk to someone at their office. Long hold times. Having doubts about this outfit and haven't even received any equipment yet.

        If there was less than 1 star that is what i would give them. Horrible customer service person on the phone can barely speak. The company promises items and does not deliver. DO NOT use this company!!!!

        Very poor customer service, trying to reach their business office is difficult and timely. Spent over an hour waiting to speak with someone regarding a bill received which had already been paid. Never was able to reach anyone!!
