Stay as far away from these people as you can. They are totally incompetent.

I started the process on May 10. It's now November 10 and I'm still waiting. They can't get plans right, they can't coordinate inspections, they don't contact the city or power people, they lie to you, they don't return calls and they just don't seem to care one way or another.

Waited a month for an inspection. Called the city and learned they had never heard of us. Got cleared from the city and the fire department and was told it would be at least till November till DWP inspected us. Called them and they said we were on the "inspection pending" list since June and as soon as Smart Energy called them they would be out within two days.

Call our so called project manager and got fed a complete line of bullshit. One lie after another. And that was only after three or four days of trying to get them to either answer the phone or return my call.

Don't touch these people with a 10 foot pole

Stay away from this companie.

I was told my system would be installed in 90 days. I tried to have a ground system installed.

Where do I start, first they laid out the grid in the wrong direction, after several days they finally came to realize they laid it out wrong and had to start over. They sent out several illegals to do the work, I know because my wife is from Mexico and she found this out when talking with the workers. Some of them had only been in the US a couple of weeks.

120 days later they still were not done, they called for an inspection, knowing full well the system was NOT completed. Of course they failed inspection as it was NOT wired, the sub-panel and breakers were NOT installed, the grounding rod was Not installed, the fence was not built, all on the blueprints.



It's been over 6 months now, they failed inspection on Nov 2 2015 it is now Jan 19th, so 2 1/2 months after they failed inspection NO ONE has shown up to complete the work.

I told them back in late Oct. to come and remove their equipment, again in Nov, Dec, and in Jan. Still nothing.

All you will get is the run around, there is no one you can talk to who will get things done.

Do yourself a favor and DO NOT use them, go to Yelp and other places and look at their low rating from real customers.
