Kims Service

I called Kim to get service for my air conditioning. I just asked him how much he will charge for the visit.

He told me that he does not have time to negotiate or talk and hung up the phone.

Unbelievably rude.

I would have not given a single star but that option was not available.

I met him a few years back, first with my washer. He was very honest. Didn't charge us for something minor showed us problem and just fixed it. Had to call him back again for washer again and he fixed. Told us washer wasnt going to last long, which it didn't but he fixed it until we could buy a new one. Now all these years later im glad he's still around for my dryer. A bonus ha ha he still remembers us.
