Impact Appliance Repair

I have an extended warranty with Whirlpool, and for over 2 months now my fridge lights flicker. Whirlpool sent out Impact to fix, the gentleman came in my house i showed him my receipt and he said - This is under warranty - I cant fix this - 5 minutes later he left. I called Whirlpool yet again on hold for an hour - and finally they said, we will have them come back to your home. I got a call within an hour after that, from impact saying they need to order the part and will call me in a couple of days. No calls, no nothing. 2 weeks pass and I called Whirlpool yet again after being on hold yet another hour - they said yes part has been ordered with Impact and they should have it installed within a couple days.....It been weeks!!!!! come onnnnnn! I just called Impact its Friday the 15th at 1030am......their yp ad says they are open 8-5....I had to leave another message! WTH? I just want my fridge fixed its less than a year old!!!!!!!
