YOU HAVE TOO MANY OTHER OPTIONS...STEER CLEAR OF HERE!!

This is a place with the 'get em' in, get em' out' attitude. It has the same sort of feel as the DMV or Post Office...I didn't encounter one person here with any kind of people skills...rude people answering the phones, rude people behind the front desk and rude people calling you back to see the doctors. Sandra, their girl from HealthPort (the firm they contract their disability filings too) may be the rudest there. I think the personnel there truly believe they are doing you a favor by allowing you to be one of their patients. Did I get great, high-end care from their great, high-end facility...NO...I got average care at best and treated like I wasn't good enough to be there. While this office is made up of a very cocky group I'm sure if you are the passive, submissive type and play everything by their rules to the 'T' you may not notice it. Am I just another one of those weird disgruntled patients with a very isolated experience? Do I fall in the; "you can't please everyone all the time" category? I really don't think so. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

The treatment I got from Dr Baum's associates and staff was rude and incompetent. The staff at the Corona-Temecula Ortho group are rude they treat you like they are doing you a BIG favor just being there and you are inconveniencing them by showing up!! Can't recommend and will never go back!
