Communication, follow-through, and management of customer accounts seems to be a very low priority for Auto Gallery. STAY AWAY!

It has been 80 days since my purchase and I still don't have plates, registration, and they tried to lie to me and lock me into a $2165 extended warranty plan after I requested 3 times that it be cancelled. They lied 2X and said it was cancelled but after calling the warranty company yesterday; they had no record of a cancellation attempt. Ella the "manager" is condescending and rude and is not afraid to show it.

YP.com reviews them as excellent but check yelp for correct reviews. You will see SEVERAL accounts of exactly what I just said.

I have never had such a terrible experience with even a $100 purchase let alone a $20,000 purchase.

The cars look good on the outside but are poorly maintained. I bought a car with bald tires. I suggest you go to a used car dealership that sells certified cars.

All their cars are online so I came across the site while searching for an affordable car. i called them a couple times with some questions and they helped me out quickly. I went down on the weekend and because I made an appointment they were ready for me. About an hour later I was ready to go in my new Galant that only had about 34k miles. The service was fast and the car was nice and clean. I recommend this place for a good deal and good service.

They had a lot of good prices on a ton of cars. The whole staff was nice I suggest going there to buy a car if you are looking for a used car.

Get a car at auto gallery. Don't overpay for a new car. Used cars are practically just the same. Except when new cars come out they might have kinks in them that need to be checked out. So always buy a car that has been out for at least a year so the manufacture had the time to recall any problems! Auto gallery gives you a free carfax with any car. And they will let you take it anywhere around to get it inspected. Safety on any car that i'm buying absolutely comes first. And I am certain that the car I purchased with them is safe.

After I was working with the whole team at auto gallery I was getting ready to leave with my car and they said I needed to give them insurance information first. I call my insurance group and tried to get my car ready. I was on hold with them for like 20 min before the manager at the car lot told me to hang up.He called someone back and got me a better deal even faster. It was faxed over and I was on my way. I liked how they could help me with something Ive never had to do myself before.

The whole staff were all very nice. I was only there for a little while and they took care of everything so quickly. The sales guy was great, no pressure type of place. I would be happy to go back there again if I get another car sometime.

Got a great deal but the service was somewhat slow but overall it was worth it based on the amazing price I paid for my truck.

Auto Gallery is a good place to buy a used car because they are all honest. They gave me a good price over the phone, and once i went into the dealership the price was exactly the same. They didn't lie to me to get me to come in and try to haggle. I liked being respected as an intelligent enough person to not be lied to. I would suggest anyone to go there while looking for a used vehicle.

I bought 2 cars at Auto Gallery and both times I was there I was happy with the way things are run at the dealership. They have a wide selection, and practically everything there is priced lower than you can get anywhere else. The contract guy was really fast he explained everything to me completely. I know that the cars I bought are in great condition. So the staff is great, the prices are great, and the cars are great, what else could you ask for?

buying my car at a used dealership was surprisingly easy. They knew how to be professional without being uptight. Evrything went so smothly, the sales team worked together to pick a car for me, thats not something you get to see often. i would reccomend them to anyone who wants a good deal on a used car. they have the best prices.

Do NOT buy from this dealership. They are crooks and liars. My husband and I financed a car from them in November and purchased the GAP insurance also. The insurance was a little over $800. Everyone was so nice and helpful, it was a breeze. We WERE happy with our purchase.



Fast forward to February. We decided to refinance the car through our credit union because we would get a much better interest rate. We also found out the normal amount that the GAP insurance cost ($350) was significantly cheaper than the one offered at the dealership. So talking to our lender we were told that if requested they would have to refund a pro-rated amount of the GAP, so we went ahead and purchased the GAP through the credit union.



A couple weeks later we went to the dealership to cancel the GAP. As soon as we walked in the door and they realized we weren't there to buy a car, it seemed no one wanted to help us. We waited a long time for the guy who is in charge of financing to help us. He was abrupt and had us sign a paper stating why we wanted to cancel the GAP. Then he took our original paperwork saying, "You won't need this. We will take care of it." (I know, OUR mistake for not having a copy of everything.) He then proceeded to tell us it would take 6-8 weeks for our refund to come in the mail.



We waited 10 weeks, and still no refund came. We called the dealership, and they told us that it would still be another 4 weeks or so because we had only turned in the paperwork less than 4 weeks previously!! What?! How do they turn 10 weeks into 4?!

Anyways, we bite our tongue, after all it is our fault we gave them our paperwork and didn't get that signed copy that was dated 10 weeks previously. So we wait another 4 weeks. Still nothing. We call back. The dealership gives us the phone number of the GAP insurance saying the paperwork has been processed and the delay was on their end. We call the GAP insurance and receive some big news!



THEY NEVER RECEIVED ANY INFORMATION REGARDING US CANCELING OUR GAP INSURANCE. In fact we found out WE needed to send in the paperwork straight to them, which is what the dealership was supposed to tell us. But for some reason the dealership purchase paperwork said to do it through them? Hmmm.



So, almost 5 months after we initially tried to cancel the GAP insurance we are finally going to maybe make headway in getting a refund. Unfortunately, we will lose out on the 5 months worth of pro-rated refund. We are partially to blame for not having the copy, but they are LIARS! Do not trust them with your money!!!



AND to top it all off, our car has been having problems since almost the very get go. I understand that it was pre-used but it shouldn't have problems a couple weeks after purchase!



Run away from this dealership! We wish we had spent our money elsewhere

Good job to auto gallery for their fast service to get me in and out of there quickly. Nothing is more boring than waiting around a car dealership all day waiting to sign the papers, but last week when I got my car, they had everything waiting for me.Rouben is the manager and he had everything ready and all my questions answered. That was the best, leaving there in my new car so quickly.

GO GO GO!! They were awesome. They know how to handle business and treat customers.My car was so cheap. And they didn't sacrifice good service, that's what really matters.

The Service at Auto Gallery was great. They were super nice, and very fast with my transaction. i would recommend anyone looking to get a pre-owned car to check them out first. The staff were very knowledgeable, kind, and even funny. Not something I would have guessed before walking in there. The people there were very nice and treated me as if I was family. I got a used car there and it was so clean, and priced so low, they didnt try to scam me, or give me a bad car. Everything there was very pleasent! I would reccomend auto gallery to anyone looking for a good deal, and nice people!

Our company not only bought one vehicle from there, but two. They made it very easy. They a have a great selection to pick from. The staff were very friendly. I would highly recommend shopping here when looking for a used vehicle.

I liked going to auto gallery to get my car. all the staff there were very nice, and smiling.They didnt just want to sell me a car, they wanted to make sure that I loved it before I drove off with it. And I do, its a great used car in great condition. I say if your looking for friendly staff,and great deals around here... They will be your very best bet!!

It was a very easy process. I highly recommend this dealer for a pre-owned purchase. I purchased my vehicle at wholesale price and still received great service along with it.
