        Service

        Called for service on 9/1/16. No cold air on A/C. Tech Found secondary pan filled with water triggering safety. Removed water and blew co2 into line. ($157). Called 8/24/16 same problem. Pan filled again. Capped secondary line and installed safety switch. (10 minute job) Charged an additional $180. Since two calls solved one problem, second service call of $150 should not have been charged. Charging an additional $150 for returning to fix what should have been fixed on first call is unreasonable. Called company to discuss and get their policy on return calls. No response. Be aware of extra $150 charges to correct their work.
