Matamoros Construction

In the time I have worked with Matamoros Pool this has been what transpired:

1 - Matamoros left pool motor running almost 24 hours dry, I had to shut off myself upon hearing it and notify the company - no apology ever provided
2 - employees left tiles on patio, trash in backyard and lawn damage on front yard grass from running through lawn
3 - lost a sprayer nozzle (I had to notify) and they replaced with incorrect size (too small)
4 - on day to finish pool Matamoros did not have the tile which I was assured Matamoros had in stock - only became fortunate wife was home and had enough from former homeowners to use again
5 - finish was sold to use grey color and would not fade - it is now discolored in several spots within one week of being finished.

After it took over a week to get them to respond, the owner finally came out. When he did, he stated my motor is too small for my pool and I opened the pool incorrectly. The motor is not too small (per regulation) for the pool AND if they believed that they should have said as much when they left it running and emptied the pool.

Additionally, I followed the national plasters association when opening the pool with new plaster, so I wish them luck somehow showing the damage was my fault. Matamoros does not provide their own instructions on opening their pools as they told me today it would actually make them liable. They prefer to hide behind no instructions so they can blame a homeowner when things don't work out.

I am providing two stars instead of one because the price was very competitive. Had it not been, one star no question.
