        Gregory F. was very knowledgeable about what types of A/C units would be best for my home, and extremely helpful with my making a decision. Also he was the best at getting my new unit installed the very next day. I've been using ART plumbing and A/C, for some time, and have always believed I've had the best service ever.

        Gregory F just left my home and will be back in a couple of days to replace the a/c, insulation and fix water damage on my budget. He was very courteous and knowledgeable about getting correct unit to fit my existing piping and electrical system. All of this at no charge, when I have for years called a/c repairmen out only to charged me after giving me recommendations or just making repairs that last only months. I finally have a solution to my a/c issues.

        Tyler was prompt, extremley proffesinal and very polite. He quickly diagnosed my sprinkler system, I explained my concerns and we spoke about options, he put together an estimate on a computer and the work was started and completed just as promise in a very short time. I would recomend Tyler and Art Plumbing to anyone. One of the best home repair experiences in the 15 years we have owned our house. Thanks Tyler-Great job!

        The worst plumbing experience of my life. RUN AWAY FROM THESE CROOKS! They have no hourly or set rates before you come out. The price by "the job" such a vague term to rip you off. The tech was there for about an hour. Opened up the drywall to find the leak, heard something out side and found the leak on the exterior wall to the heat recovery unit. He then said he can cap the lines at the hot water heater for $609!!!! I said that's too much how much for the service rendered he said $334! Other plumbing companies charge $125/he for leak detection. I would have gave the $40 service call on that for $165. But $334?!?!? I gave Chuck Boccio one last chance to make the bill right and he was no help and condescending giving vague analogies to the situation. Saying when you go buy a steak and say it's not worth it when the bill comes is that right? This company is horrible, he offered $50 off the first time and then reduced it to $34 because he has no concept of customer service.
