OMG I totally agree with the previous reviews!!!



I had a cleaning and exam and Dr. Fiallo charged my insurance company extremely high charges. He basically is ripping off the insurance companies. When I call to ask why my insurance company was charge these high fees I was basically dismissed. The staff is incompetent and rude. The quality of work was low average. Dr. Fiallo was so busy he never even looked in my mouth; he did however charge and got paid for a full exam. My friend who takes her kids there for orthodontic treat told me that he NEVER even sees the kids. All the work is done by an incompetent assistant.



Stay away from Dr. Fiallo’s office!

He is crook that defrauds the insurance company. I would not let him work on my dog

I agree with the last review. Visiting Dr.Fiallo dental office was a joke. All that he was concern with getting me out of the chair and charging my insurance outrageous fee for work I never had done. His office manager Hector Santana has zero people skills.



I will NOT recommend Dr. Fiallo to my worst enemy.

The service is very bad in this place especially staff, The doctor doesn't take your time to explain always this hurried,

They make appointments and they forget. Very bad experience with them do not recommend.
