Numerous issues with this post office. Packages take 3 weeks to be delivered. Items from package was STOLEN from this post office. Spoke with post office where package was being delivered to and they confirmed package arrived from Coppell opened. DO NOT USE THIS POST OFFICE!

Great price on First Class Packages. Other than that, Completely terrible for shipping packages for business use, 5% of packages never get delivered scan. Packages often are delayed going through Sort Facility's. USPS is awful compared to the excellent service UPS, FEDEX, DHL provides. Terrible business and residential service, if you call for help expect extended hold times for customer support and the only information they can provide is what you would already know such as the details shown of the tracking #. With the exception of a few USPS employees, most are Overpaid and could care less about service, mail truck drivers often make more than entry level jobs for college graduates and enjoy fat paychecks milked from the government operated USPS. A company which hasn't shown a profit since 2007. USPS deserves maybe 1/2 Star rating if that but it seems one star is the lowest rating available here.
