Made an appointment for same day and got called minutes from the salon and THEY CANCELLED!!! Told me it was "a scheduling error ah kinda because yea anyways." Wow. Hope they don't treat all their customers this way. I won't schedule another appointment to find out.

I have been a faithful client of Manhattan Salon for almost 8 years, utilizing waxing, nail, hair, and skin care services. I have never been unsatisfied with their services and ALWAYS receive compliments on my looks. Would NEVER go anywhere else.

I scheduled my appointment a month in advance, thinking I had found a great professional salon. When I arrived for my appointment my hair dresser showed up thirty minutes late. I had gone for a perm. I received a burned neck from the chemicals- which took weeks to heal, and a month later I discovered that the front part of my bangs had been burned off. I was then charged 70 dollars more than they had estimated before the appointment. Horrible, unprofessional service. I would not recommend it to anyone.
