Dealing with these people was a terrible mistake. Fast shabby work with no knowledge of how to fix their own mistakes. No way to contact the owner. He hides behind the employees. I could have saved hundreds of dollars and weeks of headaches if I had used a competent company. They invested in a great web page just to deceive the innocent public. Wish there was a zero star,.

There seems to be some issue with this company where different members of the family seem to be running it during different years under the same name. About 5 years ago one of the sons was managing the company and did a decent job of replacing the HVAC unit but then I gave him some money for a small job and he took the money and never completed the job. It was only around $150 dollars so I did not follow up in small claims court. Several months ago I saw an older couple get out of the Lee truck at a supply store and I asked them about the money being taken and they stated it must have been one of their sons and they were not surprised. No offer from them to resolve the issue.

This company is great! My home air conditioner needed to be repaired. The tech who worked on it was knowledgeable, explained everything that needed to be done & showed me what he was going to do. Very up front and trustworthy. The AC unit has had no problems since the repair 1 month ago. Another company wanted to charge $1100 for an unnecessary part & inflated repair, 3x the cost of this company. The service call price was taken off the final bill and they threw in a discount. Very professional and thorough service. Would highly recommend.

I was looking for a very honest and dependable AC & Heating company. After using Lee's Heating & Air Conditioning services, I stopped looking. I have had nothing but excellent work and quick response over the years from them! No work is performed until everything is explained to you. Being a recently divorced woman with no family members in GA, I am extremely comfortable with this company and don't have that "was I ripped off feeling" when they leave my residence. I have also recommended Lee's to a few of my co-workers and they also will not use any other company now. They make you feel like you've known them for years. I highly recommend Lee's to anyone that wants to deal with a very sincere honest and down to earth company!
