All Vacuum Sales and Service

Over the past 25 years, I have had very good service w/this store - no complaints. However, today, I went by where their store was on Sigman Road, and they were no longer there. Does anyone know where they have moved?

My wife and I were tired of purchasing vacuum after vacuum and they all kept breaking after awhile. We needed some expert advice and decided to visit All Vacuums in Conyers Ga. We expressed to the owners our sincere frustration and they cordially and painstakingly described many different models at high end and low end prices. After a few demonstrations, we decided on a vacuum that would suit our needs. Took it home and so far were very pleased with the product and especially the service.

This business doesn't deserve a star rating at all. The customer service is horrible. The owner Frank was okay the day that we dropped the vac off except for asking us to watch the store while he took a smoke. He called me and stated that the vac was not serviceable and we'd be better off buying another one. He also offered to give us $15 off of the purchase of a "new" vac or high end (price) used vac from his store. We decided to go to WalMart and purchased a new one. When I returned to pick ours up from All Vacuums the owner's wife couldn't answer any questions when I asked what had been done since the vac was still dirty, had not been reassembled properly and an attachment was missing. She advised that her husband would call me back so I left it there. The owner called me and was extremely contentious with me. I feel he was upset that we didn't purchase a new vac from him.....We paid him to check the vac out, what more should he want from us. This was a $25 pain dealing with him and I wouldn't recommend this business to anyone, especially a best friend.

Bad customer service there. The vacuum they sell is used they do not work at all. They do not give any refunds. As soon as they get your money they act like it your problem now it off of they hands. Never open on time the sign has. Never explain or any sorry for the problem on hand. Customer service rated the worst. Better said excellent customer service when you buying after you take home they seem to have a attitude which turn me off. Better off buying a new one it about the same price at Walmart little cheaper. I do not lie.

I brought a vacuum to All Vacuums in conyers and the service was wonderful. I ended up purchasing a second vacuum and i love it. The sales lady was very educational and helpful, she let me try several different vacuums until i found the one i liked the best!

I was very disappointed with the service of my vacuum cleaner. Not only was the owner very unfriendly, she seemed apathetic about me as a customer. I had my vacuum serviced by her last fall for $59, and I only used it a few times before my belt broke. I took my vacuum back to her and she fixed it for $14. Two weeks later, after one use, the belt broke again. I took it back to ALL VACUUMS and questioned that since I'd had a service and replacement, shouldn't you just fix the belt again as a courtesy? She would not. She claimed there must be something wrong with my machine. Obviously, if there was something wrong, she should have fixed it or notified me during the intial servicing. I only used the vacuum 5-6 times from the time of the initial servicing through the time the second belt broke. And due to the small amount of carpet I have, I used it for a minimal amount of time. I couldn't believe she would risk losing a new customer over a few bucks. I gave this business 3 chances to get it right, and they failed. Not to mention the lack of customer service. I wouldn't recommend this business to anyone. We've already found another company that appreciates our business.
