Initial Installation new 2 story house. Poor distribution for both heat and cooling. In the attic, there was a flex duct hung incorrectly. It was pinched and was reducing the cfm flow to the downstairs. Both heat and cooling was affected. Called and was told that the hanging of the flex was normal and the restriction was minimal. My confidence in Tech Services' ability to escape any blame was high and confidence that they would do anything was non-existent. If you have a new system installed in a new home, call in an engineer to test the CFM output in each register in each zone during the hottest months of the year. then have TS make adjustments before you take ownership. BTW TS is about how they responded to me when I called.
