This attorney just recently sabotaged my father's medical malpractice case. Mike had this case for nearly 7 years and he failed to do due diligence in preparing this case for trial. Mike failed to get an expert witness needed to prove malpractice simply because he didn't want to. Mike forced a low-ball settlement because he didn't want to work and build a case for trial. Mike only wants to settle out of court for easy money. Mike is lazy, verbally abusive and he only cares about himself.
