Service was both prompt and professional. Price was exact as quoted in advance. He called prior to arrival and service was completed in a matter of minutes. He even recommended a couple of plumbers to assist me with other issues. I highly recommend Kellum Septic, and will use his service again in the future.

Called late Thursday evening, he came out first thing on Friday morning. Chris found the septic tank, and uncovered it. Did not have to ask him to, and honestly I was not sure where it was. He was very professional and would recommend to a friend.

Six plumbers over 4 yrs could not locate our lines on our 50 year old property. Chris was prompt (an hour earlier than quoted), honest, reliable, efficient and inexpensive given he had to locate, dig and clean the concrete tank partially located under other fixtures- all on a holiday weekend. He was knowledgeable, helpful, and gave me other recommendations for line and pipe work I needed done. He has my business going forward.

This guy is awesome! I called after 4pm and told Chris I had a leaking, seeping tank. He said he had two more calls to make and would be there in 2 and a half hours. He was there when he said, and after a long day, he got right to work and fixed my problem. And his price was very reasonable. He is my guy from now on! This review is for Kellum Septic.
