Centerstone Apartments

If I could rate this place a ZERO I would.

This is a horrible place to live.
Our A/C broke during both summers we lived there, and it took WAY too long to get it fixed...because they didn't believe us that it was broken, because we are college aged females who know nothing.

They spend their free time, the time they have to spare instead of maintenance fixing issues, plotting how to steal money from college kids who live there by charging them for 'damage' that is not real nor evident at all. They are blaming us for URINE stains. When we had 3 girls living in the apartment. No pets. Nothing. Please explain that one to me...

I don't get angry at businesses. Ever. But, I am furious.
What is worse is that this seems to happen to A LOT of people.
Just plain sad.

I'm dissatisfied with the value I'm receiving for my apartment.

For example, I live in Phase 2 and our gate is nothing but terrible. When it works, you have to pull up to the gate just right in order to be able to use the key fob (instead of a garage opener like many other complexes), you can get stuck behind guests since there is no separate driveway for tenants, and it's broken *all of the time*.

Part of the appeal of the complex was that it was gated and secured. If the gate is stuck open, then it's not secure. Tonight though, it reached a new low. The gate was stuck CLOSED. I do not pay what I pay for this apartment to not even be able to get in. I had to park on the street when I'm paying for covered parking.

Then, our apartment had an ant infestation! On the 3rd floor, and our apartment is spotless. Ant traps resolved it eventually, but ants in a brand new apartment? Not typical.

Overall, I feel that I pay above average rent for Conway and I'm not receiving above average amenities. The apartment itself is beautiful, but if I can't get in or if I don't feel safe, then it's absolutely not worth the money.

Based on my experience so far, I will not be renewing this lease.

I really wish there were a way to give this apartment a zero. my entire family is in the rent to own business and I've lived in many different apartments through out the years. I know a little bit about how things should be ran and these apartments lack greatly in the management area. I've had workers come into the apartment with out knocking. I've had ants, and I mean like a sea of ants right outside the front door. I think my breaking point was the night I forgot my key at a friends and couldn't get a hold of her so I called the curtesy cop who is suppose to let you in at night (or at least make sure that you aren't in danger). No... he would t let me in to my apartment so I had to sleep outside on the balcony until the next day when the office opened. This apartment complex litteraly has no human decency.

worst then any apartment in Conway.. if there is 0 rating i will git it to center stone apartments.

as company who build and take care of it they doing very good in Conway and AR but about apartment management they know nothing.
its a loot apartments
-They charge you separate saver bill which is not less than $50 per month which is their income because it should suppose be combine with Conway corp bill which is 20 to 25$ per month on any other places.
-They just easily loot you once you in and its not a peace of mind inside this apartment because the management is biggest robber inside which you never aware of.
-so save some money and you have lots of good apartments around please go there never ever think of coming here. Expense for student or family person.

I have lived here for 2 years’ dogs pop everywhere not maintained cleanness look like dead place not enough parking, and they do tow your cars from parking lots if you don’t have tags and they provide you tags which are easily lost by anyone. building are a disaster so notice you can hear sound of flush of you next door neighbor. They actual loot you once you in there is no way out even on deposit money too high and end of the time when you leaving with clean house they will refund u 2% of the deposit amount. Pools sucks no maintenance at all. gym sucks no weight if machine out of service will be repair in years.

If there was any way to give this place 0 stars I would because honestly they don't even deserve 1 star. Where do I even begin...



We were looking for an apartment while our new house was being built. Being older (in our 30's) and unaccustomed to living in a rental property, we wanted the nicest place we could find, and on the surface Centerstone appears to be that. But let me warn you it is all just a facade, this place is just a polished piece of junk.



1. Gated Community. You cant be a gated community if your gate never works. It is constantly broken.



2. Parking. There is NEVER anywhere to park. You pay $700 dollars for an apartment and you have to park in the street??? Plus if you park in the street you are constantly harassed by UCA and Conway Police.



3. Rude Staff. The people that work there are the worst. They act like you are an annoyance if you ask them anything. Also they will leave rude and threatening notes on your door. One time they threatened to fine everyone in the complex for people not picking up after their pets.



4. Noise. The apartments are so cheaply made that you can hear people in the next apartment having conversations.



5. Everyone uses the pool. By everyone I mean everyone in the city of Conway. The "private pool" is constantly packed with people that don't even live there.



6. Gym. If you can call it that. 1 piece of cheap weightlifting equipment and a couple of cheap treadmills.



7. THEY WILL LET WORKERS ENTER YOUR APARTMENT WITHOUT NOTICE!!!



8. And here is the biggest one. Once we moved out they hit us with a $1200 bill for replacing the cheap thin carpet, blinds and drip pans. And if you read through other reviews you will see that we aren't the only people that they have done this too. Its obviously common practice.



DO YOURSELF A FAVOR. DO NOT MOVE HERE, YOU WILL REGRET IT IF YOU DO, IT WAS THE WORST EXPERIENCE I'VE EVER HAD.

I've lived here for over a year and this is the worst place to rent. It is a polished turd. They will charge you for everything, tow your car, the walls are paper thin, the maintenance is impossible to deal with, but they are nothing compared to the awful management. Do not be fooled by the shiny appeal. It is a mirage. Honestly, the best reviews on Centerstone Apartments can be found in the Google reviews.

Great resort style pool with Gated community and great management.

I really enjoy my apartment. The community is great and the staff are always sporting a smile and try to be helpful every chance they get. Not all my neighbors are great but that can be anywhere, when I call the staff to let them know what's going on they work to get it fixed quickly. The pool is beautiful and I love not having to drive to hit the treadmill I can use the one at centerstone, I even sync my phone and watch youtube videos while I walk on the treadmill screen. Parking is okay unless I get in real late but the tow company comes through and takes care of any card that aren't supposed to be around which is great for my roommate I have a covered spot so have never had any problems. I would recommend centerstone to anyone looking to mo to to conway. We even got a discount each month just for working at HP, even better.

My daughters loves this place. I feel like Im getting a great deal for my money.

Staff was so nice, all the girls did their best to make living there great. Love the pool druing the summer.

Do not ever move to this place..we have been living here since it first opened so a total of years and every time they had taken advantage of us..they will fine you for every little thing possible all they care about is money..if you have any complaints they do not care about them they will laugh in your face and tell you your wrong...the owner of the company once came to our door and bang on ut so hard that i thought ir was the police when i opened the door he yelled and screamed at us and all bc we came in the wrong entrance...he was very rude and didn't even give us a chance to apologize or explain..their latest try to take advantage of us came this month when we moved from a three bedroom to a two bedroom and they tried to fine us over 1500 dollars for a carpet replacement..they didn't even try to explain to us why they had to replace the entire carpet they just gave us the fine and said we had to pay..when i went and complained they just practically laughed in our face ans didn't care about what he had to say...so please do your self a favor and stay away..do not recommend to anyone

They do an awful lot of bragging but very little when it comes to compassion for their residents. They don't care about you, but they do care about your money and they will milk every little bit out of you. Extremely thin walls you can always hear everything outside. Basically where all the college students live while they get drunk and party every night. They say "high-end". Well if you think laminent countertops, laminent wood flooring, thin carpets, and cheap fixtures are high end this may be the place for you! Would not recommended this place to my worst enemy.

Centerstone is infested with ANTS. They are coming through the walls, drains, cracks etc. My apartment is very clean, so I can only imagine other people's ant problems that aren't as clean.



DO NOT waste your money by moving in here. This place is terrible and I can't wait to get out.
