Duffey D E & Sons

I called Duffey at 8:00am. Mike answered the phone and told me someone would come out.
Bob came out mid morning and told me the repair needed was very minor ($166). He told me he ordered the part and would return to put it where it belongs.
Many people in my development have replaced their air conditioning units, so if he had told me that I would not have been surprised, but he did not.
As promised, Bob returned, replaced the bad part and the unit is working perfectly.
Would most definitely use Duffey again.
