Mark's Auto Repair

I went there because another shop had told me I needed to have repairs on my Toyota Corolla that they said would cost $300. Mark and his employee both looked for the 2 leaks and found none. If they had wanted to, they could have said I needed the repairs and charged me $300 for them but they were told me the truth!!!!! Going there tomorrow to get a wheel alignment!

I have used Mark for over 15 years! If you need an honest, fair priced mechanic you can trust, please give Mark's Auto Repair a chance. He has kept my 1997 Chevy truck running beautifully with 200,000 miles on it. This is a guy who will not take advantage of you or your inexperience with repairs. He is a mechanic your dad would send you to if you were a single female and needed a job well done. I was referred to him by another single female and have referred friends and family to him who have never had a complaint about his work or prices.Call him if you need some work done or a 2nd opinion. He will tell you what he can do or not do and what the problem really is. He will explain the answers to your "stupid questions" patiently in terms you can understand, lol.

Steering wheel was wobbling and saw the good reviews about this place and went there and the looked at my truck and hard the problem solved in a couple hours. Come to find out it was a separated tire and told me about some fair guys 2 doors down which was reasonable. They were also really resaonable too, will continue to go to them cant find many fair shops like this anymore. Thanks mark's auto!!!

I cannot say enough good things about Mark's auto repair! Mark is honest and affordable! He has always repaired my car quickly and the cost is always hundreds less than the competition. If you are tired of being ripped off by shady mechanics take your car to Mark to be well taken care of by a quality human being!

A MUST READ, Please take the time to read this experience with this auto repair shop; this is absolutely worth your time. My Daughter and son in-law just moved to Texas from Florida and just got settled in an apartment in Conroe. The move for them and finding a job wasn’t easy and a financial nightmare. My wife receives a frantic call telling her that they were stuck outside a Wal-Mart with their 2007 Honda accord that would not start 10 miles from their apartment. The events from here I could easily turn into a novel because there was enough drama to do so but I will spare you. They had NO family, no help from the local church, (boy that’s a real witness), their recommendation wanted over $ 900 dollars to repair the car after charging them $80 for towing and another $40. for a diagnostic fee which they already had to pay for. I’m her Dad in my 60’s I live in Florida and I usually take care of any car issues for them because neither of them have a clue when it comes to auto repair. I thought to myself that there must be an honest auto repair somewhere in the area that could help them. I got on the Internet and looked up auto repair Conroe Texas. There were a bunch but one caught my eye. Marks Auto Repair. I have a brother in Philadelphia whose name is Mark and he has an auto repair also. So, I called Mark around noon (my time) and explained my dilemma and he told me that he would take care of my daughter. I am shortening this story up to save space here is the outcome; Mark had her car fixed in that afternoon and up and running for under $140.dollars. He was honest and fair and did exactly what needed to be done. Talking with mark on the phone I knew he was an honest man up front. I paid the bill with my master card over the phone with complete comfort and thanks. Thank you Mark!!! I will put my name to this testimony and I Give this Auto repair shop the highest rating, and his shop should be at the top of the list. Was told by NTB that if I didn't get some repairs that were going to cost $1500, my tires could fall off at any moment while I was driving and I would probably have a horrible accident. Went to Mark's for a second opinion (he had repaired my a/c for very reasonable price before) and he took a look. Said nothing was wrong and they were just trying to scare me into spending money on things I didn't need to. He is honest, affordable and speedy. I will be a customer for life!
