        This company is horrible. They are truly unprofessional. They have a total lack of common sense. One of their technicians show up when I was not here. The fool did not make a phone call before he came. He just showed up. I had the back yard locked and he wanted in. I understand, but if he knew how to use a cell phone he could have called me and I would have left it open for him. But apparently he doesn't have enough upstairs to make a simple cell phone call. I did notice that he had just enough brain power to call the woman who works the phones at A&P, so she called me and acted like a b. . . But I should have expected that behavior from her since we had been down this road with these two before. They just aren't bright. Don't use them. There are many other options that are much better, more professional, and smarter.

        I have had a maintenance contract with Aand P for 6 years. They have been here Johnny on the spot quarterly as defined in the contract. They have conducted required services as defined in the contract. AND I have met or talked to at least 5 of Pete's employees and they have always been courteous and polite. I have contacted Pete 3 times for maintenance service outside of the contract. He has NEVER failed to address the issues within 2 days. His service prices are more than fair. Most plumbers charge $80+ dollars simply to show up....... Pete's prices to for simple call is considerably less. I have no problem highly recommending this company.
