A British Touch

USED ABT: 3 X over 6 wk period.

1st CREW: Were a 6 out of 10. The owner (Lauretta Burke Moe), stated they quit and "stole" 2 of her clients.

2nd CREW: Miscommunicated with the owner re cleaning my upstairs. Happened again 8/8. On 8/8, they asked me AGAIN if they needed to clean my upstairs, balcony and patio.

Something was sprayed in my shower that smelled like bleach. The owner (without being here)--DENIED THIS.

My patio door & balcony doors were left unlocked & my alarm was not activated when the staff left.

The owner entered my home 8/8 after I had left and called her en route to COMMUNICATE my concerns. She sent a text saying she LOOKED AT MY PHOTOS IN MY HOUSE, THAT SHE HAS MET ME AND I WAS RUDE TO HER WHEN SHE MET ME. Never met her! And She gossiped about me in an email to my neighbor who HAS ALSO OPTED NOT TO USE ABT AGAIN.

I prefer English-speaking cleaning employees. It is IMPORTANT TO ME TO BE ABLE TO COMMUNICATE. The owner stated in writing that I am a racist. LIE!

The service from this company is excellent, the owner is a very pleasant woman and her team all work well. The girls washed the floors on their hands and and knees and I have I have never seen them look cleaner than they are now. They worked very quickly and took care with everything in my home. Recommended this company to all my family and friends!! I have tried other cleaning services and they do not compare to the British Touch
