Tim's Custom Cabinets LLC

I found Tim online to refinish some kitchen cabinets for me as I was remodeling my kitchen. Tim was to make the cabinet doors and a custom island. Tim asked for a rather large deposit. He promised to deliver the cabinet doors in one week and then the island in 3 weeks. It took him a month to deliver the cabinet doors and when he did, they were not finished properly. I am still waiting on the custom kitchen island he was supposed to deliver before Christmas. I have called Tim at least 10 times and sent countless emails to which I got no responses. Tim told us he would be "sending us pictures online so we could see the progress" as he was building this island, this never materialized.

My wife finally took a ride to visit Tim and find out where our kitchen island was.

Tim answered the door and was surprised to see us there. He said it would be another week. I told him I wanted the island or my deposit back. It has been over a week. I DO NOT recommend using Tim for any cabinetry work.
