I have been a Warehouse Distribution Manager for 20 plus years here in Industry, CA Looking back I can honestly say I have purchased from at least a dozen companies. I would like to thank the driver that brought my business are pallets he was very friendly had great customer service skills and he really knew his work. He was not bothered by the hundred questions that i had asked him about the heat treating process. I will defiantly be ordering more pallets fromL&R and referring then to all my other business associates.. Thanks again L&R you a 10 in my book.

The People at L&R are Experts in The Field of "Heat Treatment" Of Wood Pallets. I needed to Ship My Product into Costco Leon, Guanajuato Yesterday!!! Within 2 Hours they Delivered 500 Pallets with The IPPC Stamp to My Vernon Warehouse!!!!

I WAS LOOKING TO BUY "HEAT TREATED" PALLETS TO SHIP MY PRODUCT INTO AUSTRALIA. THE PEOPLE AT L&R PALLETS WERE VERY THOROUGH IN THERE EXPLANATION OF THIS PROCESS. THEY PROVIDED ME WITH A CERTIFICATE OF MEMBERSHIP WITH TIMBER PRODUCTS INSPECTION AGENCY. I AM NOW A REGULAR CUSTOMER!!!!!!
