Provided by SuperpagesThe service at the dealer was horrendous. It took over 4 hours for the team to search and provide details on a car that we wanted. The car we wanted was located at a different location. Therefore an additional 1 hour was taken to confirm the vehicle was available. Then after a deal was made, the Finance Director, Tery Wild, said that he didn't like us and that the deal was off the table. As I was speaking to him, he walked out of the room supposedly because he didn't like me. Tery Wild was completely sexist, racist and condescending. Tery Wild insisted that their location was known for their customer service and then proceeded to scream at me and then decided that the deal was off the table because he didn't like me. If I were a Caucasian male that conversation would never have happened. Do to our acquaintance with one of the sales men, we decided that although Tery Wild was offensive, we would proceed with the deal.

Bought a 2012 Sonata from this dealership process was really quick and painless I was out of there in couple hour which is usually unheard off. Stronlgy recommend this dealership ask for Arnold or Ty

We thought that we would purchase a used car through a dealer because they would be more reputable than a private party; how wrong we were in this decision. We test drove the car, which drove beautifully and just as we were starting to look around at the car the lights at the dealer went out and they had to move it to a better lit area where we were able to look at the body, but didn't get to see that the car was leaking oil! We took the car home and the next morning when pulling out, we saw the oil and called to take it in; since the engine is covered under the limited warranty. They had the car for a week and not once did they call us, we kept calling them to find out how things were going. When we finally did get our car back, a week later it was still leaking oil. They said it should stop. It didn't. We took it to another mechanic who fixed the problem and when we asked them for reimbursement they said the oil leak was not covered. The service department is a joke. I do not recommend buying any car from this dealership, because if you need service, forget it!
