Service, workmanship and product just fine. Ordered RV shed 7/16/18, delivered and installed 7/26/18.

I waited over three months for the install which I was okay with after they initially told me two months. At the three month point I called to see what was going on, they said they would call back 4 days later still no call. I called they informed me that the following week they would install. Install day they show up on time however they didn't have the tools to cut the sheet metal I had to let them barrow my grinder with a cutoff wheel. The install took about 3.5 hrs and after they left i was tasked with picking up sheet metal screws all over my yard. This company could definetly use of improving.

Scam alert! These guys are a nightmare, They stall and stall and then jack the price on the days they finally show up. Games like Gypsies! Beware. After many phone calls back and forth and a agreement to pay an additional $100. they show up again and then tell you they can put it up for an additional $300 MORE!!!THEY ARE CROOKS.

terrible customer service!!! I would not recommend this company. they failed to call me to let me know my cover was ready to be installed. then when I finally schedule my install time they said between 1:00 and 4:00 so my mom and wife waited around between that time. I was at work still so I called them at 4:30 asking where they where? they said they were behind is 5:00 ok? I said yes that's fine. I got home at 5:45 still no one. I called again they said is 6:30 ok I was like ok I guess. they showed up at 7:45 at night. I wasn't happy at this point, but just do it you ruined my plans already. so they worked until 8:30 then said they were tired and can they come back at 7:00am the next day. I said it was early ,but they said they had a job in chico at noon so I said ok. they showed up at 9:00 after I was up early waiting again. no apologies or nothing! what a head ache. go with a different more professional company

Very unsatisfied. I have called several times trying to get them to come back out and fix/finish what was not done. I was given the runaround and never contacted back. The carport was installed next to my shop. Now when it rains the water runs directly into my shop because of the tilt they put on the carport. There is re-bar that they didn't hammer in all the way. They just bent it over and left it sticking out. There were some screws on the bracing they didn't put in. NOT A HAPPY CUSTOMER!!! I would never recommend this company. Poor customer service and quality!!

I have sold a number of these carports and never have had any complaints. I have also bought 2 for myself. GREAT PRODUCT AND A GREAT VALUE
