I had to wait three months to get an appointment for a normal exam and when I finally got in, they got me in and out so fast , perhaps in three minutes, that I did not know what just happened. I did not even get to sit on the exam chair and the doctor did not check my skin. It was just weird. They sadly give more time to cosmetic procedures apprently since there was a line of people paying for fillers and such, at the checkout. I had to pay for an exam that was not even an exam. The nurse listened a bit, the doctor came in, did not check my skin or anything and then in order to look like they have actually done something, the handed me a piece of paper with a skin regimen, with products and medications I already told them I was using. They do not care if you have real skin health related issues. Maybe for cosmetic procedures they actually take the time with you. I would not know. Find an other place if you can.

Getting an appointment may take a while because Dr. Harston as well as the nurses and staff are all very knowledgeable and helpful.

Called to schedule an appointment, it was going to be several months before they could get me in but I went ahead and set it up anyway. Then they got the date of my scheduled appointment wrong and make me reschedule AGAIN for several weeks down the road. Then they called me back to reschedule my appointment again and called me a man... I'm definitely a woman. Needless to say I did not go with them I called another clinic in town and they got me in within a couple days!
