this company sucks. its trailers are not fit to live in i should know. They are having 2 gay men running the crestwood mobile home park and they are the rudest people you could meet. They charge over 100.00 dollars for a water and sewer bill. they wont let you do anything to the trailers unless they do it thereselves and if something breaks if you tell them they will NOT fix the problem. This is a very bad business. I agree that these people are only out for the money. All crestwood mobile home park is a run down trashy trailer court. If you rent or buy from them then you will have to pay outrageous water and sewer bills plus if you try to advise them about a situation going on in the park they dont listen and they go and tell everybody your business when its none of anybodys business. THEY SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN. TENA INC does not care about there tenants or anything that they own. I THINK THEY SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN AND THAT THE STATE BOARD OF HEALTH AND DEPARTMENT OF NATURAL RESOURCES SHOULD FINE THEM FOR ALL THE EMPTY TRAILERS JUNK TRAILERS AND NOT FOR KEEPING UP THE LAKE OR THE PARK. TENA INC is nothing but a gay community thats why they cant keep any of there tenants.

Tenas lot rent is outrageous and they do NOTHING to keep up the parks. The trailers tena owns are disgusting and nasty, but they expect yours to look perfect! The charge illegal fees that you will have to go to court to be reimbursed for! This is the WORST PLACE IN THE ENTIRE COUNTY TO LIVE ALONG WITH RUDE, UNTRUSTWORTHY PEOPLE TAKING (AND LOSING!!!) YOUR MONEY! DO NOT NOT NOT NOT NOT BUY FROM THEM! YOU WILL NO DOUBT REGRET IT!!!
