Fillings
At Columbus Family Dental Center we have the technology to replace any unattractive metal fillings with natural looking tooth-colored fillings making them almost invisible to the naked eye. These composite fillings are structurally bonded to your teeth making them much less likely to fall out which was a regular problem with silver/amalgam fillings.
Resin Composite
Inlays or onlays can be made of gold, composite resin (plastic) or ceramics. They can last for decades. However, how long they last depends on the material used, the teeth involved, the forces of chewing and how well the patient maintains them with good oral hygiene and regular visits to a dentist.
Veneers
Lumineers porcelain veneers offer the painless way to a permanently whiter and perfectly aligned smile. Lumineers are a contact lens-thin 'smile shapers' that are applied to teeth without any grinding or shaving of your natural teeth.
Crowns

Bone Grafting
This prosthesis is used in special situations for patients who have enough bone in the anterior regions of the lower or upper jaws, but limited amount of bone in the posterior regions and are not candidates for extensive bone grafting.

Orthodontics
This patient had an upper front tooth that was malformed and much too small for the space that was present. The treatment consisted of the removal of this small "baby like" tooth and it was replaced with a dental implant and a cap. Orthodontics was used also to help create the right amount of space for the cap over the implant.
