Excel Glass

I made a cabinet, and needed three pieces of glass for the doors. I was unsure of who to call, so I looked up a few companies online. I called Excel, and the owner answered the phone, and was so friendly and accommodating! He even brought the glass TO ME, during my oil change!! WHAT EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE. The glass is perfect. And even came in a perfectly handy cardboard carrying pouch. I cannot say enough good things about this company..I HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

I work 12-14 hours every day and bought a car from a friend. The car was damaged before I bought it, but he payed for the repair in a nearby shop and talked the company up to me. I scheduled an appointment with this same company, but had to reschedule twice due to my job. The unfortunate part is when I needed to reschedule for the second time, I overheard the associate talk about me to his colleague. I'm guessing he thought I couldn't hear him over the line, and the things he said about me were extremely offensive. I understand it was bad that I not hold to my appointments, but treating a customer this way behind their back (or so they thought) is immensely disrespectful - given the situation I was in. I was so irate, I did the repair myself with the help of Youtube and double-sided tape and repaid my friend for the cost.
