Xpress Road Service

Thomas Nipper of Xpress Road Service is the consummate professional and a great human being! I had just pulled off the interstate to get gas (I was on “E”), when I realized I forgot my debit card at home. I also didn't have any cash on me, and being as far away from home as I was, I had no choice but to call roadside assistance.

Thomas was dispatched to my location. He got there quickly and provided me with the fuel I needed to get back on the road. Thing is, I didn't pay him! I had a relative's card number, but without the actual card, I couldn't make the payment. Thomas got me the gas anyway. All he asked for in return was that I write him a review – and I gladly obliged. Service and generosity of that caliber are extremely rare nowadays. If you need roadside assistance like I did, Thomas Nipper is who you should call! Thank you again, Thomas!

Xpress Road Service did a great job for us. My Son was traveling from Florida to Chattanooga, TN. pulling a bass boat. A bearing went out on the trailer wheel. Xpress Road Service was very fast to respond. They had the trailer bearings replaced and him back on the road in short order. They did great work and the charge was "very reasonable". I will call them again, for sure if needed!!!!! Great service here folks!

Thomas was the guy that came out to get my keys unlocked from my truck. Let me tell you no lie it took him under 1 min .. Crazy fast. Im glad he's on the good side. Also he was nice to talk with. GREAT SERVICE

Thomas was awesome! He was punctual, considerate, and his flat tire service was impeccable. He said yes when other businesses turned me down. When he saw that my spare was flat, he followed me to a nearby service station and even paid for the air! Simply amazing. Thank you, Thomas.
