One chimney company came out and wanted to charge us an outrageous amount to fix our problem, and we decided we could not afford this particular man's help. Then we called Guardian and they out and helped us, charged us a fair price, and had excellent customer service even though it was a Saturday. We were very pleased with the service provided and will definitely use this company for future chimney needs.
