        Ideal was the right choice by far. I needed a mini- split HVAC system from my woodworking shop in the back yard. Chris picked the unit according to my needs. This thing does everything but make coffee and is perfect for my shop needs. I price for the unit and the work was right on target with my budget. The Ideal team that came for.the install were fast organized and professional. I highly recommend Ideal for your HVAC needs.

        After waiting for a technician to show up between 2-5 and numerous calls from us, no one ever showed up to resolve the issues with our AC unit. It is 98F outside and over 86f in the house!
