Established in 1982, Freeman & Associates provides diversified general contractor and construction management services for the construction of corporate and commercial, industrial, institutional, health care and private projects within Georgia. The company builds plans and specifications provided by clients, architects and engineers through negotiated and conventional bid processes. Some corporate and commercial projects the company has completed include TSYS Riverfront Campus, Jay Auto Mall, TSYS Corporate Ridge Data Center, Maple Ridge Golf Clubhouse and Tool Center, One Arsenal Place, Reliance Gas Corporate Office. Freeman & Associates has also constructed a variety of medical specialty projects, such as treatment facilities, medical professional offices and personal care nursing facilities. The company has built a wide range of industrial facilities using conventional construction components, as well as pre-engineered building systems.
