Very friendly people work at this store. Soon as you walk in worker's are there to greet you asking you may we help you!! The young man help us find the furniture I wanted was GREAT!!!! The young lady Ashley work at the front desk is amazing!!! The delivery Man were GREAT!!!! The people that work at the distribution are very friendly( Mrs.Virginia) is great. They might want to gave Room To Go some HELP!!! Will alway go back!!!

BAD BAD BAD! If I could give lower than a one star I would. Bad customer service-they acted like I was not there and walked past me. No one helped me even though there were many worker, they were all on their cell phone. I had to ask for help to find an item I saw online and they lady just said "Oh just look for it. I don't know where it is." After that I wouldn't buy anything from them even if they had something I liked.

i was amazed at how well the customer service was. they were very polite and considerate. my furniture looked amazing. i will always buy from ashleys furniture.

They have a great selection but you can get better deals elsewhere and it took 3 weeks for my furniture to be delivered and it was a pain. Not very military friendly and terrible service.

Great selection, but employees have no clue what they are doing

If you are looking to buy a mattress, I would not recommend this place. The sales lady was very nice, but was not knowledgeable at all on mattresses. Go to Mattress City.
