Niedergeses Landscape LLC

I've been working with Niedergeses for several years now, and they do fantastic work. It looks like some of the other reviewers on here have not had the best experience, so I wanted to chime in and say that I've experienced nothing but professionalism, great results, and excellent service from this company in the 5 or so years I've been working with them. No complaints, 10/10, would recommend to anyone looking for top tier landscaping services.

In February of this year we contacted Jayme Neidergese to get a bid on landscape design for our newly constructed home. He was initially very attentive and came up with a beautiful design for our property. Once we had paid in full, however, his approach changed greatly. We had multiple plants die and are supposed to be covered under a one year warranty. I have been attempting for the last 5 months to get Jayme and his crew to hold up this warranty and replace the plants and continue to get the runaround. We spent nearly $10,000 with this company and this is the worst customer service I had ever experienced. Do yourself a favor and run far far away from this company.

Don't bother. You will get the run around, incomplete work, no returned phone calls and zero accountability from Jayme Niedergeses. We contracted with this company in July 2013, they left the job incomplete and stated they would be back the following week to finish. The job was finally completed in October 2013, when he wanted the balance due on the contract. He was paid when it was completed. Now we are trying to get the plants replaced under the warranty and many promises later, still don't have them in the ground after three months of communication. Horrible company
