Wow, what an awful company. The owner since he cant keep employees, had done work before for us. We had him fix an issue and asked for an estimate on our bathroom problems. He gave us a price and said he had to get parts and would get back with us after Jan 1st. A few months later I called him cause he never called and left multiple messages. My wife tried again a few weeks ago. He answered and said hed get back with us in a few days. He never called back. We finally called Rescue Rooter and they came and fixed the bathroom. We will of course never call him again even if the house is flooding. Also, since hes a franchise, I will be contacting the home office to let them know just how hes damaging their brand.
