Spring Valley Lock Key

Terrible. Made an appointment. Said he would be here within minutes. He never showed up or called back. Would not answer the phone when I called back. I will never call them again. That's poor service.

Terrible! I'm writing a review because I saw the exact thing that happened to me.on Google, but hoped it wouldn't happen to me! I called and said he would be there in 30 min.. Got directions to my house. He never called or showed! I was locked out with a 10 mo old and a 2 yr old for 2.5 hours! Please do not call Spring Valley when you're in this type of bind!!!! Pop a lock came as soon as they could from Irmo and so nice. Ridiculous! You don't stand someone up and ignore their calls in this type of situation. This isn't the business you need to have if you're flaky and/or careles!

The locksmith arrived 15 minutes after I called and definitely knew how to do his job. I had locked my keys inside my vehicle and had them back in hand within 20 minutes. Fast, professional, and very fair price. Keep these guys in business.
