        Don't use them

        I had a emergency call and the woman office manager call me back after I had set up a appointment with the tech for the next day (Sunday) at 9am, told me that she had been burned before on a store in the mall some time ago and will not do this call. This store that there were to service is a major account and we do not do business like that. So are you telling me that all of thier calls are account? Then if is so, don't have a answering service for the weekends so we do not waste our time.
