1st he charged me $600 more than what he quoted me. The winter he installed the unit my tenant complained that the unit didn't heat properly. He came out a few times but never fixed the problem. He told me that my tenant was old and crazy. He then told me the only way that he would come back to fix the problem is I pay him a $50 service fee. I called someone else and they fixed the problem the 1st day they came out. They said the unit wasn't heating because he didn't put any heat stripping in it. I had to pay them $375 to do it. When I called him to tell him I had to pay someone $375 to do it he told me I should have called him so I could have gave that money to him. I wouldn't recommend him or his company to my worse enemy!
