BUYER BEWARE! Innovative Property Investments LLC is NOT the company to trust for your housing needs. My houses are falling apart, did not notify me about damages or repairs to my property! They would not return my phone calls, and I had no return on the investment! Innovative Property Investments LLC was released! I feel that the company should be more honest with their clients. Innovative Property Investments LLC flipped the houses, made a fortune, and left me out of the deal. Things had gotten so bad, one tenant ran an extension cord from their window to a neighbors house in order to get electricity! My tenants didn't even have a stove or air conditioning(South Carolina heat reaches well into H*LL)! INNOVATIVE? Haha! Yea in the dark ages!
