        I called Maid Pro to start cleaning my house. I called on a Friday and the scheduled for the following Monday, which left no time to get them a key. I needed to be here to let them in and they couldn't give me a specific time. They sent two cleaners with a 5 hr bid (2 1/2) for two. I don't know what they did besides collect the check! Nothing was cleaned..NOTHING! It literally seems like they came in, waited for me to leave, took the check and left! I spoke to the assistant manager the next day, she wanted to set up a time to come see what they didn't do. So, here's another appointment, more wasted time. The assistant manager came and agreed, nothing was done. My only option was to schedule a "reclean" with the same cleaners that didn't do anything in the first place! Such a waste of money! This company did nothing but steal the$185, no cleaning took place! Extremely disappointed! Do not let this company scam you!
