Mini U Storage

Move-in paperwork took a total of 10 minutes. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Office contains locks to purchase which was great! Clean unit with quite a bit of space. Easy access to online account and easy payment options. Only down fall is the location. With all the traffic in the area and the road this storage center is located on, it is a bit of a pain. The actual storage center itself is great though! The grounds are clean and easy to navigate through as well.

Great place! Staff is pleasant and the facilities are well maintained. Would use again if needed.

I told my best friend about this place & she decided to use this facility for storage. She asked if I was getting commission because I built such a beautiful picture of my dealings with Mini U Storage. I have not been disappointed & she said she is very pleased with all she has seen of the facility, also. The staff has been very helpful, knowledgeable, suggestive & polite. The facility is clean & well maintained. Definitly, 5-star!!!!

I was looking for a storage spot in Columbia and came across Mini U Storage on Snowden River Parkway. My first encounter was with Richard. He was very helpful and a funny guy. I went in and met with him. He showed me the space, I paid for the rental truck and was on my way. My next encounter was on the day I met Sal and Beth when I went back in and paid for the actual storage space. Sal is very outgoing, and Beth was quiet but willing to assist any way possible. This is a very professional group of people.

We were looking for a storage place in Columbia which was close to our house...and Mini U Storage was perfect for us! It is only 5 minutes away, has extremely clean facilities, and the staff is very friendly and helpful. Sal and his team delivered A+ customer service. Despite the 100+ degree heat, Beth rode out to help us locate our unit, open it, and ensure that we got settled. Thanks again Mini U!

I had a small issue at my storage unit today. Beth and Rich were not only nice but together resolved it in no time. If there is one great idea to convey, service is the best.

I personnally checked out the place before I signed up. Ryan was very helpful. He took the time to write down informaton for me even though he and Richard were busy. He drove me around to check out the different sizes of storage. The facility was clean and secure. Both guys were super nice. I made a reservation after that visit.
