Brazos Valley Collision

The service I received here was HORRIBLE. When I picked up my car, there were damages that were not there when I dropped it off. (broken passenger seatbelt-NOT caused by the wreck I was in, and messed up paint) I brought it in the next morning, and Fransisco was very nice, ordered the new seatbelt that I needed, and promised to fix the rest. He told me when the part would come in, and what day would be best for me to bring my car in. A few days later, I brought my car back in, and Fransisco was nowhere to be found. Moe was EXTREMELY rude to me about the whole situation, and accused me of lying about the damages. As soon as my dad showed up, Moe's whole attitude changed. He apologized about the car to my dad, offered to fix everything, and said that I was "simply overreacting" about how rude he was to be before he got there. I do not appreciate the way I was treated after we had spent so much money there, and know that I would have been treated with more respect if I were not a young, teenage girl there alone. I would rather drive around my wrecked car than deal with this company again.
